Cynthia Fortlage is an author, speaker, and leadership thinker exploring the intersection of power, dignity, and belonging.

Drawing on more than twenty-five years of leadership experience across corporate, national women's movement, and international LGBTQ+ advocacy spaces, Cynthia combines personal story with practical insight. Her work invites leaders to challenge assumptions, strengthen psychological safety, and lead with greater clarity, courage, and responsibility.

Cynthia is also the Founder of The FORTLAGE Collective, where these ideas are translated into leadership practice.

BOOKS

Books are where Cynthia explores ideas in greater depth. Drawing on leadership experience, global advocacy work, and practical insight, her books focus on mentoring, leadership responsibility, and navigating complexity with dignity.
